Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Stewardship Specialist II at Belknap Campus to advance donor engagement and stewardship across colleges and central teams. You will design high-touch programs, acknowledge donors, and coordinate events aligned with philanthropic priorities.

Reporting to the Director of Stewardship, you will collaborate with development officers, manage donor records in BBCRM, and create impact materials that illustrate the value of giving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Preferred experience in non-profit fundraising or higher education.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary stewardship liaison to assigned colleges and units, aligning engagement strategies with institutional priorities and donor experiences.
• Develop and implement stewardship strategies to cultivate and maintain strong donor relationships.
• Design and execute high-touch experiences and moves aligned to cultivation and stewardship goals.
• Personalize donor experiences based on interests and giving history.
• Collaborate with the philanthropy team to identify opportunities for donor engagement and recognition.
• Coordinate the scholarship stewardship process and partnerships with academic units.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of donor recognition materials and impact reports.
• Maintain accurate donor records in BBCRM and track touchpoints and commitments for measurement.
