Responsibilities include renewals, onboarding, and strategic benefit design. The role requires a Life/Health license and 3 years of experience, with pay ranging from base salary to total rewards across locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in health benefits insurance knowledge.
• Life, Accident and Health license in resident state; eligible to obtain licenses in all 50 states within 90 days of start.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively understand client benefit offerings and design alternative plan options.
• Drive client growth during renewals by increasing employee participation and adding coverage lines.
• Meet client retention goals and service level targets using Salesforce to monitor portfolio.
