Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years health & benefits experience preferred.
• Eligibility for state insurance licensing; license within 90 days of start date; Paychex Insurance Agency covers up to two attempts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver high-quality service.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance the service experience for Paychex clients.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies opportunities for large-scale process improvements.
• Demonstrates advanced skill with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• May represent the team on projects and mentor less-experienced teammates.
• Documents interactions to drive service improvements.
