North Risk Partners is seeking a proactive Employee Benefits Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, supporting the sales team with evaluation and management of employee benefit accounts and delivering high-quality service.

The role requires collaboration with risk advisors, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A valid life & health insurance license and relevant experience are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in employee benefits.
• Active life & health insurance license is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; AMS360/ImageRight a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and support the sales team with benefit account management.
• Respond to client inquiries quickly and accurately across all lines of coverage.
• Collaborate with risk advisors to meet client goals and develop insurance solutions.
• Review carrier quotes, renewal proposals, and policy contracts for accuracy.
• Maintain activity in agency management systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate cross-department referrals.
