Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality seeks a seasoned Maitre'D to oversee seating for reservations and walk-ins, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate with the front-of-house team, manage the reservation book, and accommodate walk-ins to maximize seating for every shift.

The role requires experience in high-volume venues, exemplary communication, and a professional demeanor. Training includes Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Maitre'D procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Maitre'D experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in and manage seating for reservations and walk-ins.
• Maximize seating for each shift.
