Qualifications

• Prior experience of assistant service staff is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or bus tubs for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift trays of dishes and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Table Maintenance: set up tables with linens, flatware, glassware; monitor and reset tables between guests.
• Assistance to Servers: offer water, help deliver food and beverages, refill drinks, assist with guest requests.
• Support to Kitchen Staff: transport dishes from the kitchen to dining area and ensure correct table delivery.
• Organization and Restocking: keep server and busser stations clean; restock napkins, utensils, condiments; empty trash.
• Guest Interaction: respond to guest requests professionally and accommodate special requests.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: assist with overall cleanliness, floors, windows, and maintenance reporting.
