Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality degrees not required).
• 3–5 years in a country club atmosphere or hospitality management role.
• TABC certification and ServeSafe preferred.
• Experience with front-of-house operations and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with member relations to ensure a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Conduct FOH staff training to uphold service standards and enhance team skills.
• Work closely with F&B managers; report to the Assistant General Manager.
• Must be on the floor to supervise FOH staff and manage seating flow.
• Handle house reservations and communications between reception and host.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support.
• Control ambiance to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
• Create memorable moments for guests and enhance their experience.
• liaise between FOH and BOH for seamless coordination.
