Qualifications

• 3-5 years in upscale, full-service dining.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, follows club practices and procedures.
• Professional appearance and demeanor per club standards.
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft applications.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and records reservations from multiple channels.
• Seats the room per reservations and seating protocol.
• Upholds dress code and hospitality standards.
• Plans dining room setup based on guest counts.
• Supervises staff to comply with service standards.
• Maintains presence in dining area through service.
• Addresses feedback and takes corrective action.
• Acts as liaison between dining room and kitchen.
• Supports promotions with culinary/beverage teams.
• Ensures side work is completed and closes checks properly.
