New York’s famed Pastis, a longtime hotspot known for Parisian fare from James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally, is opening in Nashville this summer.

Pastis Nashville's debut in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood will feature classic elements such as a curved zinc bar with subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten specials, mosaic-tiled floors, and signature golden lighting.

We are seeking Maitre d candidates passionate about service and hospitality leadership. The ideal candidate has experience managing the door of a high-volume restaurant, is familiar with reservation systems, and has strong communication skills. Candidates should be welcoming, confident, and able to maintain composure in a dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences.
