Job description

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Manager. Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of a uniform room; implementing appropriate policies and procedures; hiring, training, and developing employees; maintaining customer relationships; and maintaining service and goodwill to customers.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
• Experience managing at least 5 employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
