Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Manager. Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of a uniform room; implementing appropriate policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing employees; maintaining customer relationships; and maintaining service and goodwill to customers.

Skills/Qualifications

1. High School Diploma/GED
2. Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
3. Experience managing at least 5 employees
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
5. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
6. Bachelor's Degree preferred
