The Osborne Association in New York is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join the Facilities team at our 809 Bronx Office. The role performs custodial duties to keep the facility clean and safe and provides basic maintenance and repair as needed.
The position reports to the Facilities Manager and is up to 28 hours per week for up to six months, with possible extension. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NY driver’s license.

We currently seek a Temporary Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join our Facilities team at our 809 Bronx Office. The Maintenance Worker will perform custodial duties to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner. They will also provide basic maintenance and repair as necessary. The Maintenance Worker will report to the Facilities Manager. This person will be expected to work up to 28 hours per week. This temporary position is expected to last up to six months; however, the assignment may be extended or end earlier based on departmental needs.
Salary Range: $21.98 - $23.08 per hour
