Job Overview

Perform custodial and groundskeeping duties in compliance with directives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $19.00/hour plus $4.93/hour (up to 40 hours/week) for benefits
• Hours: M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm
• Retirement: Eligible for 401(k) with company match after 1 year
• Vacation: Minimum of 10 days/year, based on service date
• Sick Time: 1 hour per 30 hours worked, capped at 56 hours/year
• Holidays: 12 paid holidays/year

Responsibilities

• Snow removal, salting, lawn care, tree maintenance, equipment operation and repair
• Reordering supplies, maintaining records, cleaning grounds and facilities
• Performing custodial duties, including cleaning and sanitation
• Assisting with maintenance and repairs, safety, and emergency procedures

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year groundskeeping experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• Background check and drug test clearance
