Customer Experience Concierge - US Based Remote

This remote customer service position involves guiding and supporting participants in real estate reward programs, assisting home buyers and sellers from enrollment to closing. Work hours are four weekdays from 12-9 PM ET and every Saturday from 8-5.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of 375-600 files
  2. Handle multiple clients and program details efficiently
  3. Convert leads into sales through ongoing contact and problem-solving
  4. Educate customers on program benefits and eligibility
  5. Manage escalations professionally
  6. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions
  7. Advocate for customers throughout transactions
  8. Coordinate between customers and real estate agents
  9. Handle high call, email, and text volumes
  10. Follow up proactively at key journey points
  11. Adhere to call flow policies, varying by client
  12. Meet metrics for enrollment, referrals, closings, and satisfaction
  13. Facilitate cross-selling of related services
Requisite Skills
  • 2-3 years business experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Bilingual in English-Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of real estate, home purchase, sale, or mortgage preferred
  • Customer service experience in retail, finance, or call centers preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Digital literacy and system navigation skills
