The main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Performing routine inspection and maintenance activities.
2. Identifying and reporting the need for major repairs.
3. Carrying out minor repairs such as fixing leaks, patching drywall, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
4. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
5. Preparing units for the next move-in.
6. Providing assistance to skilled tradespeople in their duties.
7. Utilizing hand and power tools.
8. Ensuring that buildings and spaces meet health and safety standards.
9. Responding quickly to emergency situations.
10. Having knowledge of basic plumbing.
11. Being able to address minor electrical issues.
12. Pay will be discussed depending on experience.
13. Must be available for emergency calls nights and weekends.
14. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to transport materials.
