About the position:

This position will be assigned to the Nellis Inn on Nellis AFB, NV.

Regular Full Time employees are guaranteed 35 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week.

This position offers benefits.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited. Your resume must clearly describe relevant experience. If qualification is based on education, transcripts are required.

Qualifying Experience:

• Basic knowledge of and ability to perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and household/small appliance repairs.
• Skilled in using common hand tools, power equipment, and measuring/alignment tasks.
• Experience in applying fertilizers, sprays, and similar chemicals.
• Ability to operate lawn equipment (push/riding mowers, trimmers, etc.).
• Trade/vocational school certification and/or training is desirable.
• Basic clerical experience is desirable.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
