The Institutes Of Applied Human Dyn in Westchester, NY is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician to perform basic repairs across our facilities. A high school diploma, valid NYS driver’s license, and day shifts with possible overtime are required.

You will handle painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, housekeeping, snow removal, and driving a work van to multiple locations. Join a team-focused environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or handyman experience.
• Willing to support a 24/7 operation when necessary.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and ability to operate a work van.

What You’ll Do

• Must be flexible and able to support a 24/7 operation when necessary
