East End Disability Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to support upkeep and safety of our facilities across multiple locations in Riverhead, NY. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals capable of working independently and across sites, with a schedule Monday–Friday 7am–3pm and potential flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, a NYS driver’s license, and an Associate’s degree or technical training is a plus.

• Monitor and maintain heating, cooling, and water systems to ensure proper operation.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and travel to sites as needed.

East End Disability Associates isseeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep and safety of our facilities. This role is essential to ensure that all sites remain in good repair and compliant with OPWDD regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.

schedule: Monday-Friday7am-3pm, flexibility based on program needs

hourly rate: $23/hr

Requirements

• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or technical training is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
