Trinity Health's The Glen senior living community in New York is seeking a part-time Maintenance Worker I. The 45-acre campus includes independent living, cottages, assisted living and memory care, and residents feel like family.
You will maintain and operate facility equipment and fixtures to keep the buildings safe, clean, and welcoming. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment servicing, bulb and fixture replacements, and completing work orders as directed

You can make a difference as a Maintenance Worker I in our beautiful senior living community, where our residents feel like family. The Glen's 45-acre campus includes 102 Independent Living apartments, 18 Independent cottages, 42 Assisted Living apartments, and a 30-bed new memory care building.
Responsible for maintaining servicing and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment.
High school diploma or GED.
2 of years’ experience accepted in lieu of high school diploma/equivalency. Valid NYS Driver’s License.
$17.25 to $22.54
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
