Saber Healthcare Group in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the facility's physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, mechanical inclination, and preferred long-term care experience. Shifts are Days and Evenings; wage is $16.00 per hour with daily pay available and comprehensive benefits.

• Mechanical inclination is a plus.

• Assist Maintenance Director to ensure Life Safety Code compliance and maintain the facility's physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
• Support site maintenance and safety programs.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

• Mechanical inclination is a plus.

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available

• Wage: $16.00 per hour
