Job summary

Hireology is seeking a reliable Maintenance Helper to perform essential upkeep across our Ocala facility, handling repairs, installations, cleaning and preventative tasks.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, along with dependable, self-motivated work habits and good communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install necessary equipment and appliances as needed
