Position Description:

Tri-County Administration seeks a full-time maintenance worker to provide maintenance and repair of agency-owned/leased equipment, buildings, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience to address requests related to structures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, grounds, and perform preventative maintenance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Makes repairs to buildings and equipment as requested.
• Maintains agency grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and yard trash disposal.
• Performs preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
• May perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Must meet and maintain TCHS Approved Driver Qualifications and transport persons served in agency vehicles.

Minimum Training and Experience:

• At least two (2) years of full-time experience in repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates professionalism and strong multitasking skills.
