Job summary

Sunrise Community is seeking a maintenance-focused professional in Hartford, CT to perform regular and preventive maintenance on facilities. The role requires a valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least three years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Report any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
