Job summary

Sunrise Northeast, Inc. is seeking a maintenance worker to provide regular and preventative maintenance across facilities. The role supports safety, reliability, and compliance, performing repairs and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Hourly compensation starts at $20.00, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a large not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements; 3 years driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports equipment needs and repairs to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance

Essential Functions:

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Hourly: $20.00 SR96HT
