Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the homes and facilities serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role includes housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and inventory management, with adherence to regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings required.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements; minimum 3 years driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent if required by work location.
• Experience as a housekeeper in a health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and grounds maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Keep inventory of housekeeping items and restock as needed while minimizing waste.
• Report to directors on areas needing attention or repair.
• Follow all regulatory guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
