Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to support our facilities. The role focuses on regular and preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and ensuring safe, compliant buildings and grounds.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in building maintenance, and a valid driver’s license with endorsements. Join us in maintaining accessible facilities for the individuals we serve.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• At least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports equipment needs and repairs to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
