Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform regular and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment. You will report needs to your supervisor and help keep inventory in good working order.

The role supports Sunrise’s commitment to safe, compliant, well-maintained environments for people served. Requirements include a valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license with endorsements and minimum 3 years driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

• Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance

Essential Functions

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Performs all other duties as assigned
