Job summary

GDI, Inc provides best in class integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada. A maintenance role is available, focusing on lighting maintenance, general repairs, and safety compliance at mall properties.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, repairing walls and fixtures, inspecting for hazards, and maintaining tools. Candidates should be able to work independently or with a team and handle varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
• Must have a strong work ethic and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
