Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator 1 to oversee Facility Service Requests and maintenance activities. This individual will coordinate work processes, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with laboratory standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate maintenance status and work coordination effectively.
• Understand T-Week scheduling processes and track work readiness.
• Experience using maintenance management systems to update and track work orders.
• Knowledge of work request intake and documentation control.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance program requirements.
• Proficiency with personal computer applications for reporting.
• Ability to obtain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage FSRs and PMRs from intake through closeout.
• Create and maintain work orders and maintenance data.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for documentation accuracy.
• Support preventive maintenance program execution.
• Monitor maintenance backlogs and perform planning activities.
• Provide maintenance performance reports and status updates.
