Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking a Work Execution Manager to lead the MSS-TA55 work execution team, directing facility maintenance, work control, and predictive maintenance in a 24/7 environment. You will partner with the Maintenance Manager to uphold safety and efficiency while driving cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires a BS in engineering with 5 years of related experience (DOE 426.2A provides substitution options).

Qualifications

• Facility management experience with systems engineering, safety, configuration management, work control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics; identify improvements.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and HR administration capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience (or equivalent) required or substituted per DOE rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management for the MSS-TA55 work execution team.
• Oversee facility maintenance, work management activities, and 24/7 production operations.
• Ensure safety compliance, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage a team of superintendents, technicians, and skilled workers to deliver reliable, safe facilities.
