Job summary
Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking a Work Execution Manager to lead the MSS-WFO work execution team, shaping maintenance strategy and strengthening operational performance in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will oversee facility maintenance, work coordination, and ensure safety and compliance across programs.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science and at least 5 years of related experience, with a track record of leading teams and managing
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of facility or project management, including systems engineering and maintenance.
- Experience with safety and authorization-basis requirements and configuration management.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and physical-system documents including blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of superintendents, technicians, and skilled workers.
- Direct facility maintenance and work execution activities to ensure safe, reliable operations.
- Oversee installations, modifications, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align resources, schedules, and priorities with mission needs.
- Champion safety and regulatory compliance and improve maintenance processes.
