Qualifications

• Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 or equivalent.
• Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Keyboarding skills to meet speed/accuracy standards.
• Ability to take and transcribe dictation.

Responsibilities

• Customer support: respond to incoming calls, gather information, and direct requests to staff.
• Record management: maintain concerns in the Customer Care Center system and track follow-up.
• Document preparation: type correspondence, reports, and materials accurately and meet deadlines.
• Quality review: proofread materials for grammar, completeness and accuracy with agency rules.
• Calendar coordination: manage calendars for the Maintenance Services Manager and others.
