Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance lead/supervisor experience with direct reports.
• Associates degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of SQF and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians (15 staff).
• Oversee preventative maintenance program for equipment and plant.
• Coordinate maintenance policies and procedures.
• Minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment issues.
