This position requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical skills. Some travel may be required and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills required.
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance and supervision is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise the designated maintenance/production crew.
• Track budgets and ensure product quality.
• Schedule maintenance crews and production orders.
• Maintain logs and records for the maintenance department's safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Support team growth and drive continuous improvement within the department.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other local/state regulations.
• Instruct employees on the use of PPE; implement ergonomic improvements.
