Job summary

PILGRIM’S PRIDE CORPORATION is seeking a Maintenance Training Superintendent to lead and support the plant maintenance training program at our Broadway complex. You will develop team member capabilities through structured training, on-the-job coaching, and continuous skill development to support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include leading the training program, tracking progress, coordinating with vendors, maintaining training materials, and ensuring compliance with training

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with maintenance training programs or similar development tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP with good communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the maintenance training program, including e-learning and hands-on labs.
• Track, document, and report team member progress, ensuring training requirements are met.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to strengthen technical skills in real work environments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training curriculum and lab equipment for plant needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver equipment training.
