Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and execute all aspects of the Maintenance department, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and corporate teams. The role focuses on training staff and improving equipment reliability to ensure high-quality products from the plant.

The position requires overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and optimizing cost-effective maintenance strategies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two-year college degree in business or related field preferred; four-year college degree a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, motivational and organizational skills required.
• Relocation is not available for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of maintenance staff.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety regulations are followed.
• Train, develop and evaluate maintenance personnel to meet current and future needs.
• Maintain a 5S work environment and manage maintenance scheduling.
• Review production and operating reports to minimize costs and prevent delays.
