• Manages, plans, and directs the maintenance training program.
• Manages, implements, and oversees the On-the-Job Training program for maintenance group personnel.
• Manages special certification training program and conducts staff visits to organizations within units.
• Outlines and directs implementation of maintenance training programs for supervisors and trainers; maintains automated training references.
