Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command seeks an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to coordinate aircraft production priorities, resolve resource shortages, and train Reservists in assigned tasks. Working with Pro Super and maintenance teams, you will maintain schedules and ensure mission readiness.

The role requires strong liaison skills across maintenance management, data integrity in MIS, and the ability to report status to leadership.

Formación

• Experience coordinating maintenance scheduling and production priorities.
• Experience using MIS/data tracking for maintenance status.
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments and manage training.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily and long-term aircraft maintenance schedules with Production Superintendent and maintenance staff.
• Track status of aircraft production and report deviations to leadership.
• Maintain MIS data integrity and generate status reports for management.
• Provide training and skill progression for reservists as required.
