Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control, and oversee all elements of Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs.
• Plan and direct activities in accomplishment of education services program.
• Ensure accuracy of the Personnel Data System and perform data reliability reviews.
• Provide Education and Training advisory services to commanders and staff on education and training programs.
• Periodically inspect activities pertaining to Education and Training for compliance with policies and instructions.
• Conduct staff visits and train personnel (ARTs, AGRs, traditional reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers) within unit for all education and training programs.
• Perform personnel supervisory/management responsibilities.
