Job summary

Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command in Charleston AFB, South Carolina, is seeking an Enlisted Air Reserve Technician (ART) to evaluate and manage the training and education program across AFRC groups and subordinate units.

The role includes handling CDC waivers and reenrollment, administering Education and Distance Learning Programs, and overseeing OJT and instructional product development, with data oversight in PDS. Telework options are available.

Qualifications

• Official transcripts may be required; Education credentials must be verifiable
• Secret security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage training and education programs for the AFRC Group and subordinate units; plan and supervise the Group training program to ensure combat readiness
• Serve as focal point for Career Development Course waivers, reenrollment requests and two-time CDC failures
• Administer Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs; manage enlisted training programs and advise unit training managers
• Oversee OJT program development for the Group and subordinate units; develop instructional products for education and training
• Coordinate Advanced Distributed Learning and multimedia education programs; ensure accuracy of data in Personnel Data System (PDS)
• Plan, organize, and lead the Developmental Education Board and Reserve School Selection Board processes annually
