Job summary

Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command in Minnesota seeks an Enlisted Air Reserve Technician (ART) to oversee training and education programs for AFRC groups and units, ensuring combat readiness.

The role administers Career Development Course waivers, reenrollment requests, and Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs, while managing the Group's and subordinate units' OJT programs and developing instructional products for officers annually.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage the training and education program for AFRC groups and units.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control training to ensure combat readiness.
• Serve as focal point for CDC waivers, reenrollment requests, and two-time CDC failures.
• Administer Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs.
• Monitor accuracy and reliability of data in the Personnel Data System (PDS).
• Oversee OJT program for the Group and subordinate units.
• Develop education and training instructional products.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the Developmental Education Board and Reserve School Selection Board processes for officers.
