Job summary

You will drive TPM and reliability initiatives, coach technicians, prioritize work, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, reliable operations 24/7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• Proven maintenance leadership in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff: scheduling, training, hiring, and performance management.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities aligned with production.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources to complete repairs safely.
• Lead Preventive Maintenance program for equipment and facilities.
• Audit work, propose improvements, and manage safety practices.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and oversee supplier contracts.
