Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our facility maintenance, including building utilities, equipment, and safety compliance. You will coordinate outside contractors and drive safety, cost, training, and quality goals to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in CMMS, AutoCAD, and PLC drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facility management, business administration, or a related field.
• Vocational training in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), CMRP, or CRL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with the Maintenance Supervisors and Planner.
• Collaborates with Engineering Manager on long-term maintenance projects and resource planning.
• Coordinates safety, equipment and building-related issues with other Managers & Superintendents.
• Attends leadership, safety and maintenance review meetings and conducts evaluations.
• Oversees maintenance staff evaluations and works with outside contractors/vendors.
• Partners with plant and corporate engineering on short-term projects and continuous improvement.
