Granite Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Peninsula Pointe in West Lafayette, IN. The role requires on-call availability and hands-on maintenance across multiple trades to keep property systems in good order.

You will complete work orders, identify issues, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager. A strong, dependable candidate with diverse skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs is expected.

Competenze

• Proficient in building maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Experience with drywall repair, woodworking, sheet metal, and demolition/remodeling is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and maintain a company vehicle is expected.
• Willingness to work overtime during high-volume periods and to report to the Maintenance Manager.

This position is for a Maintenance Technicianfor a Granite managed property, Peninsula Pointe, located in West Lafayette, IN. The position requires on-call availability.

About the role

• The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.

What you'll do

• Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.
