Granite Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bloomington, IN to handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks across student housing properties.

The role is hourly in nature, with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, plus benefits including medical insurance, 401k after 60 days, PTO, paid holidays, and a company vehicle for commute to worksites.

About The Role

• The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.

What You\'ll Do

• Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

This position is an hourly position. Pay will be dependent on experience; ranging from $18-22.00/hour.
