Granite Management, LLC in Bloomington is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks across our student housing properties. You will complete work orders efficiently while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and accountability.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, woodworking, sheet metal, and demolition skills, plus the ability to work overtime and maintain a single company vehicle.

Competenze

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills required.
• Experience with drywall repair, woodworking, sheet metal and demolition.
• Ability to follow work orders and complete tasks accurately.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy periods.

About the role

• The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.

What you'll do

• Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

This position is an hourly position. Pay will be dependent on experience; ranging from $18-22.00/hour.
