Job summary

The Housing Company in Idaho Falls is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the Black Feather Apartments and assist other complexes as needed. No prior experience is required and we provide training to help you succeed.

You'll gain hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and groundskeeping while contributing to preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willing to learn and grow in a maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
• Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
• Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal
