Job summary

The Housing Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Village Community Gardens Apartments in Rexburg, Idaho. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to help you learn the skills needed to support the property.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, handle apartment turns, keep work areas clean, manage inventory, and assist with seasonal grounds tasks at multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications
