Job summary

The Housing Company in Pocatello, Idaho, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cedar View and Whitman Apartments. No prior experience is required; we provide hands-on training and support to help you grow with our team.

You will contribute to keeping our properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns, manage supplies, and handle seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal, with opportunities to work at additional complexes

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings.
• Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
