Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Canyon Terrace Apartments in Nampa, Idaho. This role includes maintenance of the complex and occasional work at other properties as needed. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided to help you succeed.

You will gain hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping while developing a strong skill set and growing with our team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings and units.
• Complete apartment turns in a timely and quality manner.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
